Dear Dr. BAE  

We have the honor to inform you that we plan to invite Dr. CHANG Kwang-Jin to Saga University, Japan from November 19^th 2010, to November 21^th 2010.  As showed in the attached page, we would request him to give a lecture for the graduate school students of us at a special seminar.  The seminar is programmed in the Good Practice of Education Project, namely “MOT program for Agricultural Entrepreneur”，which is supported by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology- Japan (MEXT).

Moreover, we hope to exchange the experiences in this field and discuss with him the possibility of further cooperation between both universities.

 

We will bear all expenses including the round-trip air fare between Inchon Airport  and Fukuoka Airport-Japan, accommodation, and some stipulated allowance during stay in Japan in compliance with our regulation.

 

In this connection, we would like to request you to confirm whether he is permitted to accept our invitation at your earliest convenience.

    育成プログラムの実践」における特別講演、及び本プログラムに関する今後の

    相互協力関係構築と発展に向けた意見交換と情報収集のため。

費用負担；往復航空運賃(インチョン空港―福岡空港間)、日本滞在中の宿泊費、交通費、そ

の他既定の費用等を当方で負担。ただし大学院ＧＰ経費交付金の使途基準による。
